An Insight into the Doka Coffee Plantation

DOKA is the oldest wet mill in the country that still working as the first day it did more than 100 years ago.

A "wet mill" is basically the method used for many years to harvest and separate the coffee "fruits". This is a fascinating historical tour of coffee past and present. Many coffee aficionados make this their "must see" stop in Costa Rica.
