An Insight into Tabacon Hot Springs

"From La Colina"

At the base of Arenal Volcano and near Lake Arenal is Tabacon Hot Springs an excellent place to relax and take a break from the real world. The river Tabacon tumbles from the lava fields and cascades along the road. The hot springs themselves are a series of man made "pools" interconnected in a beautiful almost "natural" setting. On a busy night even with a few hundred people you can find a quiet nook or cranny to soak in your own free flowing "hot tub". There is a restaurant, sauna and other facilities - we recommend going in after 7pm for a better price of admission.
