An Insight into Tarcoles

"From La Colina"

This small town is more famous for its river bridge crocodile viewing than anything else. The river bridge is on the main road from San Jose to Jaco, Quepos, Manuel Antonio and points south. A little village is springing up on the north end of the bridge with souvenirs stores. This location is also fantastic for bird-watching with more than 400 species being identified here. You may want to book ahead and ask us about a crocodile tour.
