An Insight into Uvita

"From La Colina"

This village is south of Dominicalito (we assume this information is almost useless?). One person's trip report included this afternoon on an Uvita beach. Why add more? "It was early afternoon in Uvita and the warm breezes were offering little relief from the hot sun. In fact, it was the hottest it had been all week. I couldn't resist going for a swim in the cool waters, which extended the hand of friendship across the sandbar lane. The waters were cooler and more refreshing than in other places along the shore and swimming there was nothing short of a dream. I soaked up every second of the time I was there, repeating over and over in my mind - this must be paradise. This was my idea of a perfect vacation getaway and if I ever return to Costa Rica, I will plan my entire vacation around Playa Uvita. (From: http://www.highrock.com/CostaRica2000/Playa_Uvita.html )
